    1. Agreement to Terms

    These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Engineer Unchain, a DBA of SITE REKON LLC ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

Program name: Email Assistant Notifications. Message frequency is recurring and varies with your email activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile opt-in and consent, and the phone numbers collected for SMS, are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for any purpose, including marketing.
